CLASSES & TEACHERS

CLASSES AND TEACHERS
There are many wonderful dance teachers in our network, which can make it difficult to choose. However, our aim is always to consider the holistic talents of our line-up, encompassing inclusivity, approachability and team-work.

Their dance and teaching expertise in developing students successfully is critical and being sociable with a keen sense of fun

is also high up on our list of requirements.

Our ‘A’ List Teacher Line-Up is shown below and the schedule of classes will be updated in due course, but in the meantime,  you can view an example of what the timings and content will look like HERE

The workshops taught at PURE will reflect the following styles:

Ceroc, Blues & SILC/UTOPIA Style

BILL & BECKY COOPER

Bill and Becky's history of partner dancing goes back over 30 years and establishes them as one of the original group of teachers that helped put Ceroc on the National dance map. In addition to teaching at many main London venues they have been franchisees of Ceroc Thames Valley since the late 90s and ran numerous venues throughout the Bracknell and Reading areas as well as co-founding LUX with David and Val in 2009.  They are, however,  best known for their ever popular Friday class and freestyle nights in Twyford which have been attended by literally thousands of people over more than two decades and is always a buzzing night. With experience in Latin, Ballroom, Line Dance, NU-Line and Nightclub 2 Step, their keen interest in footwork brings diversity and creativity to all their classes. Coupled with their expertise and knowledge as teachers, competition judges, venue managers and event organisers you can always expect a brilliantly taught, but also fun filled class that will help build your repertoire and confidence.

TIM SANT

Tim was one of Ceroc's youngest ever teachers and within a short period of time he shook up the dance world with his talent and enthusiasm. This not only led to National competition glory but also the coveted appointment to Ceroc's Head of Dance. From there he developed the Ceroc teaching syllabus and also led the expansion of Ceroc through main London venues like Pimlico and National weekenders. He was also a key driver of Ceroc's online teaching platform which was hailed as an invaluable resource for both dancers and teachers alike. This coupled with a grass roots understanding of our dance community, and his awesome teaching style, has resulted in him being promoted to the job he was literally made for; Ceroc's Operations Director.
