With hours of unrivalled freestyle encompassing Ceroc main room in the Grand Ballroom, Utopia/SILC in the Hampshire Suite and Blue/Chill in the Atrium Bar, Pure features the most awesome DJs from across the country.
Friday Night will be a freestyle night for residents only and we will bring all 350+ dancers together into the Grand Ballroom for our UNITY Freestyle for a specially curated mix of genres and tempos to bring all styles onto one floor: UNITY will encompass
mid to uptempo music carefully layered with the very best UTOPIA/Silc smooth music, and with a touch of Blues too!
Our 3 amazing dance spaces will all be in action on Saturday night, so that you can immerse yourself in the music you love or flit from room to room.
Following morning classes, Sunday will feature mid - uptemp Freestyle in the Grand Ballroom, S’Funk in the Atrium Bar, followed by Blue/Chill and UTOPIA Chill Out/Silc
Our line-up of DJs each have their own style and matched with their experience in crafting dance sets will provide you with variety and inspiration throughout the weekend.

BILL COOPER
Bill has been teaching and DJing for more years than anyone cares to remember! As a franchisee at Ceroc Thames Valley and one of the co-founders of LUX he has carved out an enviable reputation for himself as a DJ that can effortlessly combine great classic tracks with music hot off the press. He'll always bring a smile to your face with feel good music that makes you want to get up and dance.

BRETT STEWART
Brett is the Franchisee for Ceroc Dorset encompassing Bournemouth, Poole and Verwood Hub. A regular teacher and DJ at Escape Weekenders, Brett has an extensive knowledge of music and has had years of experience in filling the dance floors of his regular venues and events. We are delighted to have Brett join us for our first PURE weekender!

CAINE LANGFORD
Caine , has, over the last 15 years, been one of the newer breed of teachers and DJs that have rocked the Ceroc world with their energy and vibrant mix of music. An accomplished teacher and dancer, Caine's great love is the SILC genre, where he now runs his very successful SILC Sunday classes and Freestyles in Bristol under the Strictly Ceroc banner. His effortless DJing style encompasses many genres of music and you can therefore expect carefully crafted sets encompassing the smooth, cool and lyrical.

DALE ST. ROSE
Dale has a background in numerous musical forms from Salsa, Zouk and Bachata, and on to WCS, Modern Jive, and Blues - he has been DJing on the London scene as well as on the weekenders for a number of years. As a former Ceroc champ, Blues Champ and former UK Blues Showcase champion he certainly knows what makes a great track to dance to and he will be rocking you in both the Main room as well as the Chill Out room throughout the weekend.

DAVID ROKOV
David is a partner in PURE, LUX, BREEZE and co-franchisee of Ceroc Newbury. He has been DJing for 25 years and was the DJ who played the very first UTOPIA/SILC style set on Ceroc's very first weekender in Camber Sands way back in the day. He was then one of the core Chill Out DJs on the weekender scene and headlined DJing at numerous Ceroc and Independent weekenders and events over the years including the Wychwood Music Festival. As one of the creators of the UTOPIA Chill Out lounge, he has also been co-creator and DJ at all the other events in the UTOPIA portfolio including Heaven & Hell, Colossus, PURE Blues, Twisted, ZEN, Mojo, NUtopia, SPAtopia and S'Funk. Known for breaking new music you can always expect to hear something fresh and exciting in his sets in both the Chill Out and Main room.

DEBBIE ATTWOOD
As a Ceroc franchisee with many other dance disciplines under her belt, Debbie often DJs her regular class nights and freestyle events; from main room to SILC, to WCS her talent knows no bounds! She loves to dance and DJ many different styles of music which inspired her to create her ground breaking new event 3:1:3 - 3 hours of Ceroc; 1 hour of Motown & Soul and 3 hours of SILC. She knows what music people love to dance to, so she'll be keeping an eye on the dance-floor in both the Main room and Chill Out room to keep them buzzing when she's behind the decks!

JOHN BAKER
Franchisee for Ceroc Gloucestershire and partner on the Ceroc Breeze events, John is a truly inspirational DJ. Highly regarded on the SILC, Blues and WCS circuit, John is just as comfortable and impressive in the Main room and his love of dancing shows through in his music. This led him to create the now legendary SWITCH events that have become a fixture on the dance calendar in the South West for over a decade. Easily recognisable, he stands as a smooth domed colossus amongst the DJ elite and has been a core DJ on the weekender circuit for more than 15 years.

JORDAN FELLOWS
Having started dancing at the age of 10 years old, Jordan already has a lifetime's experience of dancing and listening to music. Now, as both an experienced teacher and dancer, he has translated that appreciation of music to DJing at both his regular class nights in Weston as well as at major events and some of the key Ceroc weekenders. Whilst you will find him pumping up the energy in the Main room, he likes nothing better than to settle behind the decks in the Chill Out room to share his love of slower, more expressive SILC style music.

JO THOMPSON
Franchisee, Teacher and DJ from one of Ceroc longest established and most popular dance nights, the mahussive venue of Ceroc Windsor. Windsor has been on the UK dance calendar for over 30 years and Jo will be bringing her musical style to PURE on Saturday night to get the Grand Ballroom rocking!

MARC FORSTER
Marc is one of the most accomplished and respected DJs on the dance scene. A former club DJ Marc really found his feet when he entered the Ceroc world and quickly gained a reputation as one of the foremost Chill Out DJs around. His love of high energy main room music combines with his love of Tango, Chiil Out & Smooth Latin music too. He and Rachel also excel and Pure Blues and have gained a huge following at their Blues freestyles at the Ceroc weekenders, along with their well attended freestyles.

MATT HYLAND
Franchisee and teachers from Ceroc Fleet, Matt is well known on the dance scene for his ever popular Sunday Sessions that attract SILC and Ceroc Freestyle Dancers from far and wide. Matt will be manning the DJ platform in the UTOPIA & Ceroc rooms this weekend.

RACHEL PEARS
The other (better looking) half of Marc & Rachel, who often fights him for the decks and does a great job! Her love is for the eclectic sounds of the Chill Out Zone and Pure Blues and I’m sure Marc will be checking out her sets this weekend. A regular now at the Ceroc weekenders, a bit of healthy competition between loved ones adds to the fun and it’s great to see their chemistry on the dance floor transferring to the DJ decks.

MIRANDA HEWITT-GREEN
The other half of the original SO Ceroc and now Ceroc Fever, Miranda has been DJing for 16 years and is most often found in the SILC Room and Blues lounges. Miranda is resident DJ of the Not SO Late Lounge, The Blue Lounge, The Lazy Sunday Club and Ambience as well as a regular on the weekender circuit. Miranda is known for her love of bringing new tracks to the scene and is partnering with David Rokov to bring NUtopia to the fore this year which is a dance night devoted to discovering fresh new music, and for getting everyone’s creative dance juices flowing!

SHEENA ASSIPH
All rise for Her Royal Deckness - Sheena, the undisputed Queen of Scotland’s soundwaves. With a DJ crown forged just for her from gold plated headphone cables and a domain spanning Main and SILC rooms alike, Sheena brings a huge wealth of experience and a serious sense of fun to every set she plays. From Smooth SILCy grooves to Blues she’s a genre hopping sorceress who’s just as comfortable spinning Swing as she is laying down deep, sultry Blues. As the founder of the now legendary 'Blue Fridays', Sheena doesn’t just play the Blues - she lives them, both behind the decks and out on the dance floor. Catch her at a weekender or a dance holiday and you’ll quickly learn: Sheena doesn’t just bring the party - she is the party!

STEVE THOMAS
Steve is the main man responsible for bringing Ceroc to The O2, as well as outstanding venues such as the Cutty Sark, the i360 & Ministry of Sound. He's also one of the longest serving Ceroc teachers of all time, literally man and boy! Steve gets about a bit teaching and DJ'ing in London, Sussex, Kent, most of the Ceroc weekenders and pretty much anywhere he gets invited to go. Keeps him busy!

TIM SANT
Tim burst onto the Ceroc dance floor as a teenager and ever since then he has enthralled everyone with his addictive enthusiasm for dance and music. His list of accolades and accomplishments are too extensive to detail here; but suffice to say, he has done it all! From building new venue audiences from scratch to being at the forefront of organising and headlining all of the main Ceroc weekenders, he has always believed in the music being central to the success of any class night or event. This has, over the years, led him to evolve into one of the most accomplished and versatile DJs on our scene - from pumping up the volume at a MOJO club event, to chilling you to the bone on a SILC journey, his DJing talents knows no bounds.

VINCE SILVA
Mr. Silva is literally a DJing legend in his own lifetime - as one of the co-creators of UTOPIA and Twisted he has been part of a Chill Out journey that helped to change the dance landscape in the UK; and change it forever. Almost as famous for his incredibly uplifting S'Funk, soul funk sets as his Chill Out grooves he has also been a DJ on all the Ceroc weekenders from Day 1; and I do mean ALL of them. A weekender just wouldn't be the same without seeing him sat behind his Star Trek like DJ console bathed in a ethereal silvery glow. If there's a super cool event going on somewhere, be it UTOPIA, The Not So Late Lounge, Boogaloo etc. etc. etc etc. you'll find him there - he's got his finger in every music pie... Expect great music and a great vibe and all served up from a dude with a great haircut!
