In making a booking via this website you are accepting the terms and conditions as listed below.

Your booking is a contract with PURE Dance Weekend / Utopia, and the lead name only. The lead name is responsible for advising their guests on all issues relating to the booking and collecting monies for full balance settlement by the deadline date of 10th September 2026.

Payment Terms
Residential bookings for this event will be payable in 3 instalments:

1. Non-refundable deposit of £40 per person (applicable for bookings prior to 1st May 2026)

2. 2nd Instalment £85 - £230 per person (amount dependent upon package and accommodation type) due May 2026.

3. 3rd and final balance payment to be made directly to hotel by 10th September

Cancellations for hotel accommodated bookings
You can cancel your booking, losing your £40pp deposit, provided we are informed before 1st May 2026. Should you wish to withdraw from your booking after the 2nd instalment has been paid a 50% refund of this instalment will be issued provided we are informed by email before 1st September 2026. No refunds will be eligible after 1st September 2026.

After the 1st September 2026, you accept that the balance payment must be paid to the hotel as part of your booking agreement and the hotel will contact you with a payment prompt link.

All balance settlements made to the hotel must be made by the Group Leader in one payment.

At any time you are permitted to transfer your booking to another party (adhering to original gender balance purchase) if for any reason you find yourself unable to attend. In this scenario we welcome you to place a message on our Facebook Utopia and Twisted page HERE, group HERE, and/or the PURE event page HERE in order to advertise your booking for sale.

Please note that you are legally obligated to pay your balance payment if you have not informed us of your intent to cancel prior to 1 st September 2026. If you do not make your balance payment and refuse to do so, we have the legal right to not only instruct a debt collection agency to reclaim the payment required but also to claim additional expenses which will be charged at £100 per hour. However, as detailed previously, your booking is transferrable, meaning that if you have paid for your booking you can still pass this onto someone else. In this scenario, the person purchasing your booking will pay you the full amount. You must then inform us of any name changes and ensure that your ticket is sold to someone of the same gender as per the initial booking.

Hotel check-in and check-out - For Full Package residential guests check-in to your hotel room will open at 3pm on Friday 22nd January 2027. Check-out of your hotel room is 11am Sunday 24th January 2027. As Sunday dancing is continuing until 7pm, you will be able to store your luggage with hotel reception.

You will be given a wrist band upon arrival which you should wear at all times as this provides access to dance spaces. No wristband, will mean no entry.

Lost or Broken Wristbands - Please contact us at reception and once we have re- confirmed your booking and status we will issue you with another wristband.

Payment Handling - On-line bookings are handled by Secure Credit Services via the Ceroc payment gateway to guarantee your security.

Non residential freestyle and day delegate tickets - these options do not include accommodation, food or free access to the hotels spa and leisure facilities - the tickets are also non refundable but can be transferred to another person of the same booking/gender type. In the event of a ticket transfer it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your booking by contacting us HERE

Changes to the Event Content and Format - The organisers reserve the right to amend or alter any information they have published or may publish from time to time in the future, in connection with the format and content of this event.

Problems Upon Arrival - It is the responsibility of each guest to check that their room or apartment is clean, and that there are no broken, damaged or missing items.
Should there be any problems please report these immediately to the hotel reception desk.

Breakage - Any damage or breakages in individual rooms or apartments during the period of this event are the sole responsibility of the guests booked to that accommodation. In this instance the lead name for the booking is liable for the cost of repair or replacement of any damage or breakages.

Additional Charges - All additional charges relating to goods or services not covered by your package are your responsibility. In areas of dispute all charges will fall to the lead name on each booking.

Disclaimer - Dancing is an aerobic activity and all attendees at PURE participate at their own risk. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury resulting from participation at this event.

Pets - Animals are not allowed at this event.

Children - Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted at this event.

Filming and Photography - Anyone attending this event agrees that they can be filmed and may appear in photographs and/or videos which may be used for promotional purposes and that they undertake not to make audio or video recordings of any of the event.

Your ticket price for each package option includes the following:

Diamond Package – Includes 2 nights half board accommodation, Dinner Friday and Saturday, Breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Use of the Gym and Spa (pool, jacuzzi, steam room, ice plunge pool and sauna). Your wristband to dance is also included which grants access to all classes and freestyles. This includes free entry to the masterclasses which are usually chargeable at £10pp. Masterclasses are subject to availability and therefore must be booked by email in advance of the weekend val@cerocpr.co.uk

Please note: if you book a Masterclass and then to do not turn up for the class you will be charged the £10 fee because you would have prevented someone else from booking. So please let us know at least 2 hours prior to the Masterclass you were attending if you have decided to do something else.

Platinum Package – Includes 2 nights Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Use of the Gym and Spa (pool, jacuzzi, steam room, ice plunge pool and sauna). Your wristband todance is also included which grants access to all classes and freestyles. Masterclasses are chargeable at £10pp subject to availability and therefore must be booked by email in advance of the weekend val@cerocpr.co.uk

Gold Package – Includes 2 nights accommodation in a self-catering apartment or penthouse. Use of the Gym and Spa (pool, jacuzzi, steam room, ice plunge pool and sauna). Your wristband to dance is also included which grants access to all classes and freestyles. Masterclasses are chargeable at £10pp subject to availability and therefore must be booked by email in advance of the weekend val@cerocpr.co.uk

Entry is by reservation only - although on occasion we do allow bookings to be taken on the door.

You are liable for the cost of any damages or breakages incurred by you at the event.

The management of PURE / Utopia reserve the right to refuse any reservation and admission to the event and this is at our discretion. In such cases, and depending on the situation, a refund may be offered, but again this is at our discretion. 

We would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being or appearing to be underage, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances.

In all arrangements involving third parties we act only as your agent and no liability of any kind whatsoever shall be attached to us in connection with or arising from such an arrangement with a third party.
 
Adverse Weather Policy The event is scheduled to take place in late January; so please plan your travel accordingly.

• Event Cancellation: If we are forced to cancel the event due to extreme weather or safety concerns, no cash refunds will be issued. Instead, your booking will be automatically transferred to a future or rescheduled event of a similar nature.

• Our Discretion: The decision to cancel rests solely with the Organizers and will be based on the safety of the venue and the ability to provide a viable service. If the venue is open and staffed, the event will proceed.

• Personal Circumstances: We cannot offer refunds or transfers if you are unable to attend due to localized weather in your area, transport disruptions, or personal circumstances, provided the event itself still goes ahead. We strongly recommend attendees take out personal event insurance.

We do not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access our website or any failure to complete a booking on the website.

We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the website or the purchase of the tickets or other goods or services from us by whatever means. Whilst every care is taken to ensure services ordered by you are supplied as advertised, we do not accept liability for loss or damage that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property howsoever caused.

By entering and using our website, you consent to the collection, use and retention of your personal information in line with prevailing legislation. Information about you including your name, address, telephone number and email address is recorded on a computer database controlled by us. The information is needed to process the transaction and fulfil your order and any subsequent problems or disputes. We may also use the information for internal administration and analysis by us and our associated companies. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes and all of your personal information will be treated in adherence to the prevailing law at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update or otherwise change the terms and conditions or amend the website at any time and without notice to you.

We will not accept any liability for tickets or other goods and services which have been ordered through our website using your credit/debit card by someone not authorised to do so. Our website uses industry standard secure servers to ensure the safety of orders placed on our website - your purchase is transacted by them, not us. No one can access any information sent by you as long as it is sent using the secure pages. Therefore you must only send your credit/debit card details where asked for on our website link and you must not send credit/debit card details by standard email.

The management reserves the right to change or adapt the attractions advertised for each event if necessary without notice either prior to the event or, if necessary, on the day/evening of the event itself. Whilst we will always endeavour to provide everything that we have advertised there will naturally be situations from time to time that we have no control over. On this basis no ticket refunds can be claimed for tickets bought on the basis of attractions advertised.
