TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility
The competition is open to all individuals who pay a deposit for the upcoming PURE Dance Weekender event.
Multiple entries are permitted only where a booking is made for more than one person, and all occupants’ names and valid email addresses are provided at the time of booking.
Each person whose deposit is paid is eligible for one entry into the prize draw, and this will include everyone who has booked so far, as well as those booking from the launch of the competition up until the deadline.
Closing time and date for eligibility is by 8pm on Wednesday 9th July.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.


2. How to Enter
To be entered into the prize draw, a deposit must be paid for the Pure Dance Weekender by the stated deadline.
Entries will only be valid once the deposit is successfully processed.    
For group bookings (e.g. 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 person rooms), the lead booker must provide the full name and valid email address of each individual occupant at the time of booking to ensure each person is entered into the draw.
   

3. The Prize
One winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for a future event.
The winner will have their remaining balance for the Dance Weekender waived (i.e. they will not need to pay the remaining amount after the deposit). The Prize value will be up to £318 dependent upon the product booked.
In all cases where the words 'Win your Weekend' or 'Win your PURE weekend' appear in any promotional video, text, email or post, the term specifically refers to the payment of your outstanding balance and not the total cost - your initial deposit has to be paid for you to be eligible for the prize.


4. Draw Details
The draw will be conducted via Facebook Live video on the Utopia & Twisted page on Thursday 10th July at 11am.
The Winner and Group Leader will be announced at the time of the draw and also notified via email using the address provided at booking.


5. General
By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Entrants agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes in the event of winning (e.g. “[First name] has won their Pure Dance Weekender Prize Draw”), unless they request otherwise - but in any event, their name has to be announced in the Live video after the draw has taken place.
